Terms
This is a courtesy translation. The legally binding version is the German one: Bedingungen.

By signing up for a programme you make a commitment to yourself and to us: to be fully present. These courses are more than a collection of exercises — they are a coherent process that only unfolds its effect if you go through it from beginning to end.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all courses, workshops and programmes booked through sadhayoga.org. The provider is Marc Euler / SadhaYoga, Luthmerstraße 53, 65934 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Full details are in the imprint.
2. Conclusion of contract
Once payment is completed your place is firmly reserved and the contract is concluded. You will receive a confirmation by email at the address given when booking.
3. Fees and payment
All prices shown on the courses page are final prices. Payment is made online through our payment provider Stripe. How your data is processed in this context is set out in the privacy policy.
4. Cancellation by you
If you find you cannot take part, the following terms apply. What counts is the time your cancellation reaches us, measured against the start of the course.
| Time of cancellation | Refund |
|---|---|
| More than 4 weeks before the start | 75 % |
| 2 to 4 weeks before the start | 50 % |
| Less than 2 weeks before the start | none |
An informal message to welcome@sadhayoga.org is sufficient to cancel.
5. Prevented for health reasons
If you are unable to take part for health reasons, please send us a medical certificate. Our concern is that everyone who is genuinely ready should receive these tools — we will then do our best to offer you a place in a later programme instead. Whether this is possible depends on the individual case and on availability.
6. Transferring to a later date
You may transfer your place to another programme. A processing fee of 15 % of the programme price applies.
7. No statutory right of withdrawal for online bookings
Please note: our retreats and workshops are leisure events tied to a specific date. For such contracts the law provides no right of withdrawal on online booking — in Germany under § 312g(2) no. 9 BGB, in Austria under § 5f no. 7 KSchG. In Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online bookings in any case.
Your registration therefore reserves your place bindingly. Independently of this, our voluntary cancellation terms in section 4 apply — because we want you to book with a good feeling.
8. Cancellation by us
Should we have to cancel a course, for instance because the teacher falls ill or the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will refund the full amount. Alternatively you may transfer your place to a later date at no extra cost. Further claims, such as reimbursement of travel or accommodation costs, do not arise.
9. Recommendation: cancellation insurance
Life is sometimes unpredictable. If you would like to be on the safe side, you can take out cancellation insurance. Many insurers cover the cancellation costs if something comes up at short notice — illness, an accident or a change at work.
10. Participation and health
Participation is at your own responsibility. Yoga is not a substitute for medical treatment. Please tell us before the course begins if you have health restrictions, injuries, high blood pressure or are pregnant — we will then show you alternatives to individual exercises. Do not perform any exercise that feels wrong to you, and take breaks whenever you need them.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. No liability is accepted for valuables brought along.
12. Photography and recordings
No recordings are made during the courses. Should we wish to take photographs in an individual case, we will ask beforehand and you may object at any time without any disadvantage to you.
13. Final provisions
German law applies. Should any of these provisions be invalid, the remainder shall remain unaffected.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
